This survey course covers a wide range of topics such as valve recognition, communication standards, safety guidelines, storage tanks, and more.

1. Explain common hazards in LNG
2. Explain how to properly communicate in an LNG plant
3. Identify common valve types
4. Understand the causes of leaking flanges
5. State common measurements found in an LNG facility
6. Explain the basics of LNG storage tanks, vessels, furnaces, heat exchangers, plate and packed columns, and instrument air failures
7. State good isolation practices
